Own the internal tools and data pipelines that keep business-critical data flowing accurately and on time for a global technology client’s operations, partner and finance teams. You’ll work end to end, from front-end tooling and backend services to big-data pipelines, and you’ll shape the work yourself by talking directly with product and business stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-ingestion pipelines and dashboards, catching missed or delayed files before they affect the business
- Own internal tools, front end and backend, that operations teams use to create, edit and run ingestion and configuration workflows
- Investigate and resolve data duplication and discrepancies flagged by automated SQL and big-data checks
- Build and maintain file-processing, reporting and ID-translation tools that turn partner data into client-ready output
- Maintain alerting through email, Slack and observability tools such as Datadog, so issues are caught before they become incidents
- Run data-governance and privacy reports, including GDPR-related monitoring
- Gather requirements directly from product and business teams and write clear technical specs before you build
- Use AI coding assistants every day for coding, review and documentation, with sound judgment on what ships
- Take part in incident response and on-call, and mentor other engineers
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of full-stack engineering, with a track record of owning systems end to end
- A modern front-end framework (React, Angular or Vue) plus backend development in Python, Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong SQL
- Experience with Hadoop or a similar big-data pipeline framework
- Comfort troubleshooting production with observability tools such as Datadog
- CI/CD, Linux and bash, cron scheduling, AWS and Git
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot
- Clear technical writing, and comfort scoping loosely defined problems yourself

- Mentoring engineers or leading design discussions
- Location

Help a global technology client build its cloud financial operations program. The vision and architecture are set; you’ll build and own the automated pipelines, data model and reporting that make cloud spend visible, owned and optimized, with a path toward AI-assisted cost analysis.
What you’ll do
- Build and own automated pipelines that bring AWS Cost and Usage Report (CUR) data into a queryable analytics layer
- Make cost data queryable in Athena: land it in S3, catalog it with Glue, and keep it fast and reliable at scale
- Model the data with consistent dimensions such as project, product, service and cost center, so it stays reusable as the program grows
- Automate tagging governance: audit tag coverage and policy compliance, surface drift and produce remediation-ready reports
- Build reporting for every audience, from team-level detail to executive roll-ups
- Deliver parameterized self-service reports so Finance can get answers without opening the AWS console
- Support an AWS Cloud Financial Management assessment and put its recommendations into practice
- Help make cost data explorable with AI tools as the platform matures
What you’ll bring
- 4–7 years in DevOps, data engineering, platform or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong SQL and hands-on experience building and running ETL/ELT pipelines
- Practical AWS depth: Cost and Usage Report, Athena, Glue, S3, IAM and Cost Explorer
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform or CloudFormation) and Python
- A data-modeling instinct: schemas designed for reuse, not just the report in front of you
- BI and reporting experience, such as QuickSight
- Finance fundamentals: CAPEX vs. OPEX, budget cycles and cost allocation
- Quick to adopt AI and LLM tools in your workflow
Nice to have
- FinOps Foundation certification
- AWS certifications
- Cloud Intelligence Dashboards (CUDOS)
- Experience with high-volume infrastructure
- Location
- India: Hyderabad, or remote within India
- Employment type
- Contract
- Compensation
